Vinyl Liner Pools

In its basic form, the in ground liner pool is the most affordable type of in ground pool. The most basic shape, the rectangle, is our base for determining the starting point for a liner pool.

Vinyl Liner Pools with a depth from 3'6' to 6' costs run $395-695 per lineal foot. Our quote will include all items needed for the pool to be completely installed properly, all the items needed to get the pool operating properly (water circulating and filtering) and 400' of concrete decking.  Keep in mind that irregular shapes and depth can substantially change the per lineal foot price.   Access, slope, pool equipment location, and options like plantings, landscaping, fountains, bubblers, hot tub and fire features all affect the price.

Fiberglass Pools

Fiberglass pools are the only pool that is built in a factory environment, that’s one of the big benefits for this type of pool. It has strict quality control measures that have to be met in order for the pool to qualify. This reason is one of the reasons fiberglass pools cost slightly more than a liner pool. You pay for the factory investment into the product. This, in turn, allows one to have an inground pool that requires lower operating costs – both in chemical consumption and time – your time in maintaining the pool.

Fiberglass pools with a depth from 3'6' to 6' costs run $595-$850 per lineal foot. Freight rates are not included generally in the pricing.

Gunite / Concrete Pools

Gunite pools offer the most flexibility in design and build. In our opinion, this is the most significant feature to this type of build. All designs are typically developed with the input of you, your pool pro and your budget.

The design and build is basically limited only by budget, builder capability and available space. If there is a need for an absolute one of a kind pool one, the gunite pool is for you. Zero entry pools are becoming very popular and the gunite pools allows this feature to be built relatively easily.

There is usually a higher operating cost than the other types of in ground pools with acid washes and re-plastering and refinishing, tile work and additional chemicals needed to maintain proper water balance, but you can build some very unique and incredible pools using this type method.

Gunite / Concrete pools with a depth from 3'6' to 6' costs run $850-$1100 per lineal foot.

This type of pool, while offering the most flexibility in design, costs the most in long term operating costs and takes the most amount of effort to maintain.
